Nochistlán is a city located in the southern state of Zacatecas. It is part of the municipality of Nochistlán Mejia. The latter covers about 867 square meters and adjoins the municipalities of Apozol, Juchipila, Apulco and Jalpa. So does the Jalisco municipalities Mezticacán, Teocaltiche and Yahualica.
