Villa Rica is a historic site where it is worth stopping.Hernán Cortés in its waters sank the ships and their arenas built with his own hands the first population of the Conquest. This tip is a piece of land that juts into the sea and is beside a small cove with quiet waters, almost no waves, a green transparent in the lowlands. Get There
Villa Rica is located 3 kilometers away from Emilio Carranza. Veracruz is located in the coastal plain of the Gulf of Mexico, 405 km from the capital of Mexico City and 109 km from Xalapa by the federal highway 140.
By Road:
From Mexico City, the capital, you can take the way Mexico-Puebla-Xalapa or Mexico-Orizaba-Veracruz. The car journey lasts approximately 4 hours. It is recommended not to drive at night.
