Located 120 kilometers from Hermosillo and 390 kilometers from the US border, it is an integral part of the Port of Guaymas. The Port of Guaymas is located 117 kilometers south of Hermosillo.
By Road:
Guaymas international highway connecting Mexico with the 15th installment Hermosillo - Ciudad Obregon to: • 142 km south of Hermosillo or • 127 km north of Ciudad Obregon. If coming from the south of Mexico take the Mexico-Guadalajara-Mazatlan-Nogales highway. From the United States:Traveling from the city of Phoenix, Arizona, take the road # 10 to the city of Tucson where the road will take # 19 to Nogales and later cross the border and drive 407 kms. south on the international highway Mexico # 15. From Hermosillo you can reach the federal highway 15.
If arriving at Hermosillo road and coming from the south, entering the state of Sinaloa, you will notice that just follow the four-lane highway north Num.15. There are several commercial flights from Phoenix Arizona, California Los Angeles and Mexico City with the International Airport of Guaymas. It also features Aero Service Guerrero, regional line that fly to Loreto, Black Warrior and Santa Rosalia. On the other hand you can take flights from Tijuana, Guadalajara, Monterrey, arriving in the city of Hermosillo, Sonora and then travel about 50 minutes to south on Highway # 15 bound for Guaymas. Due to its geographical location, the Guaymas airport operates only during the day, and receive private flights from anywhere in the world. If you travel to Hermosillo by air will have no problem in coming, Hermosillo because it has the largest international airport in the region, with connections to all the republic as well as abroad.
