By Road:

The road distance between Cancun and Mexico City is 1,652 kilometers. The trip lasts about 18 hours and, beyond exhaustion causing such a long journey, an adventure to discover the charms of the Riviera Maya. A highly recommended itinerary for travelers is the one that connects to the city of Merida (capital of neighboring state of Yucatan) in Cancun.
