Bahía Conejos from east to west, is the first bay of the resort of Huatulco. Access is possible by boat from Santa Cruz beach or along the paved road to Salina Cruz. Bay has four beaches are: Conejos, Punta Arenas, Arena and Tejoncito. 4 Rabbits bay beaches are ideal for swimming, diving and sport fishing. The fine, white sand contrasts with the water green and blue hues, which has gentle waves and shallow. On the shores of the beaches predominantly mangrove vegetation and mesquite. Ideal for diving, swimming and fishing can park on the top and down to get to the beaches. The vegetation of its environment consists of cuachalalá, macuil and mangle . Its fauna includes waterfowl and gulls, pelicans, herons, buzzards, earwigs and diving ducks, and fish like dorado, marlin, tuna and rooster fish.

By Road:
The Bays of Huatulco belong to the county seat of Santa Maria Huatulco, in the district of Pochutla. They are within 282 kilometers from the city of Oaxaca. To get there by road is Federal Highway 175 Oaxaca-Pochutla making (240 kilometers) and then the federal Highway 200, cross-Pochutla Puerto Escondido-Huatulco (42 kilometers).
By air:
Huatulco is 1 hour flying from Mexico City. There are regular flights to Huatulco from 2-4 times a day. By air, Mexicana Airlines flies daily from Mexico City and provides connections from Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, Monterrey, Guadalajara and elsewhere. During the holiday periods are established direct flights from some of the aforementioned cities, and also to and charters, as Apple Vacation and Mlt Vacations, and in Mexico, Magnitur and Travel Liberation.Huatulco has an international airport with direct flights from Houston and in the winter there are flights "charter" from the US and Canada, the following cities: Denver, Chicago, Toronto and Calgary.
