Mexico Carrizalillo is a small bay with an area no more than 300 meters which can only be reached on foot. Fortunately, there is no access to motor vehicles and is reached via a steep slope. The descent to the beach is by a stone staircase, newly built. The beach is surf, for him generally smooth. Playa Carrizalillo, is a spell-binding cove reached by continuing west along the same track. Punta Colorada, a little-visited, clean beach around the point at the far end of Bacocho is perfect for body-boarding and boogie-boarders; you’ll get tubes, and left and right breaks up to two metres high it tends to be shallow however.

By Road:

By Road, the place has 4 lines of trucks and luxury van service to the cd. Oaxaca: Estrella Blanca, Columbus, Estrella del Valle, Oaxaca Pacific This trip is made, usually in the Mexico-Acapulco highway. The approximate distance is 800 kms. Halfway is in Acapulco (400 kms.) If you are traveling. in a private vehicle, we recommend leaving early, not at night. The heavier section is from Acapulco to Puerto Escondido, as it is usually done in the afternoon with the most intense calo. The drive from Acapulco to Puerto Escondido lasts 6 hours on average.

By Air:

By air, there are only two airlines: "Aerocaribe" with flights from the cd. of Mexico and Oaxaca, "Oaxacan airways" which only makes the journey from the City of Oaxaca.
