Playa Azul Mexico is a beach of great breadth and shaped bay. Its slope is moderate, and fine-grained sand. The water has blue hues; It is warm and the waves are moderate. The site is very quiet, so locals visit it on weekends. There is a restaurant and hammocks for rent.

Playa Azul is located about 12 kilometers from Salina Cruz, on Federal Highway 200 heading to Huatulco. The approximate time is 15 minutes.

By Road:

Salina Cruz is also well connected by bus to many destinations. By car take Highway 200 heading to Huatulco.

By air:

The arrival area is usually made at the airport of the city of Huatulco. Direct flights to Huatulco can sometimes be found from EE. US and Canada, but is usually more common to take a connecting flight in Mexico City to Huatulco.
