Boca de Tomatlán is a small village in a cove by the sea that is on the edge of the forest, three miles south of Mismaloya. The sand is pearly and smooth texture and are busting the quietest waves of the bay. In Boca de Tomatlan where you can take a water taxi which will take you to the famous and popular nearby beaches, Las Animas, Quimixto, Majahuitas and Yelapa (these beaches are accessible only by sea) as Boca de Tomatlan is the last place on the coastal road.Continue on the road, would soon become the lush jungle lush pine forest and clay, and shortly thereafter would be coming to El Tuito, nearby farming village. Several outdoor restaurant offer service to visitors where the specialty is Zarandeado fish.

By Road:
There are two bus stations popularly known as the Bus Station 'New' and Bus Station 'Old' In the metropolitan area of Guadalajara in Central 'Old' trucking lines operate with short routes up to 100 kilometers from the city, while in the Central 'New' operate the remaining output lines with the rest of the country. Puerto Vallarta is connected to the rest of the Mexican territory by the Guadalajara-Compostela-Vallarta Highway (reaches Manzanillo) and Guadalajara route Autlan-Vallarta; both in good condition. The distance between Puerto Vallarta and Mexico City is 891 kilometers. Every day, several buses covering the route, being the estimated travel between 10 and 12 hours time.
By air:
The modern Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport, 6 km north of Puerto Vallarta, is the main access road. In the high season the traffic is 450 weekly flights, between domestic and foreign, especially US cities like Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Fort Worth and Denver. The shuttle from the airport to the city center presents reasonable rates.The passenger must pay the amount for the service in the booth cab air terminal, which will assign a standard drive van that will take you to your destination.
By sea:
By the sea, for much of the year luxury cruise ships from various parts of the world and private planes, reach the shores of Vallarta. The city offers all the facilities to the ships and tourists who dock at the marina for 400 boats.
