Varadero calm waters and fine sand. Several restaurants and snack bars, and where you can enjoy various water sports such as banana trips, sliders, snorkel equipment etc. This beach is where most arriving packages purchased with local tour operators.Located on the other side of the island, is perfect to enjoy beautiful sunsets and water sports; also it has restaurants. The Ixtapa Island is a small island surrounded by 4 beautiful beaches: Varadero, De Coral Cuachalalate and Carey. Although the four are beautiful, Cuachalalate is the busiest. You can practice all water sports, including free diving stand on coral beach in the northern part of the island in a place called Morro Colorado. The sailing, windsurfing and water skiing in Varadero and Cuachalalate; and Playa Carey, who is the only one not has restaurants, is frequented only sun with peace of mind.

Varadero beach is located on the island of Ixtapa, 10 minutes from Playa Linda by boat and 20 minutes from Ixtapa. Ixtapa Island is located 20 minutes by boat from Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo resort.

By Road:

There is a bus station just 2 kilometers from the center, which offers service to major towns of the country and is good for a day trip to Acapulco or to stroll in the country. La Estrella de Oro and Estrella Blanca are some of the lines more confidence and security that made regular runs routes in the state of Guerrero.

By Air:

The International Airport of Ixtapa Zihuatanejo is only 15 minutes away from Zihuatanejo by car. You may find direct flights from some cities in Canada and the US especially during the tourist season between December and April.

By Sea:

Take a boat in Playa Quieta and Playa Linda. On the other hand you can also take a boat from the port of Zihuatanejo that will take approximately 30 minutes, but this is a tour that includes food and drinks, the cost can vary depending on what the tour included. Both routes are departure at 10:00 and return at 17:00.
