Information
Toluquilla is a hybrid word that comes from the Nahuatl root tolloa describing the action of the Spanish jorobarse and particle illa, which would have an equivalent meaning to "Cerro Hunchback" or "Jorobadillo". Importance The site is nestled on a plateau elongated was modeled with fillings of stone and mud; in is further excavations are no flat surfaces at different levels, on which the city was built along the axis of the hill, that is, from north to south.
