Cultural significance is quite possible that this site was subject to Chalcatzingo because it was a religious and commercial center of great importance at the time. The site shows a major in the exploitation of water resource represented in the complex network of canals, which was built with the purpose of concentrating and storing water. Its inhabitants constructed two pipeline systems with branches, sedimentation boxes and duct drainage structures. Its main timeline is the Early Classic, from 200 to 600 d.

From the city of Cuautla the road to Matamoros IzĂșcar to Amayuca cruise where the deviation is taken is taken Atotonilco.
